William Hill review rating:
William Hill aren’t the UK’s biggest bookmaker for no reason. They have a good online product which is great for betting on sports. They have a decent coupon section and feature a number of great games on William Hill tv. The offer a large range of services including scratchcards, lotto and financials. For those of us that like a wager in the Casino, we love their casino products. If your just betting on football you can make use of the William Hill accumulator money back offer, as well as the William Hill Cash Out. They are a great all round provider.
About William Hill
William Hill are the largest UK operator, representing around 25 per cent of the market throughout the UK and Ireland. They have recently increased their investment in their online activities which has seen their website and mobile betting going from strength to strength. They have specific mobile sites for different services, so you can bet on sports without been pestered to join a penny bingo game and vice versa. Theres a range of services, good odds and offers online and on mobile.
They have quite a number of offers which is really good for us. The main offer is the William Hill Acca Insurance. That means that if your 6 or more team accumulator misses by one, you will get your money back as a free bet. The William Hill accumulator cash out is also a useful, especially when your matches are spread over multiple days. In recent weeks they’ve also offered the bore draw where if a match finishes 0-0, William Hill will refund all losing Correct Score and Double Result bets on that match as a Free Bet! The third offer that William Hill are offering is the First Goal scorer refund. They will refund your losing stake as a free bet if your chosen First Goal Scorer doesn’t score the first goal, but scores the second goal! With three really good offers, they deserve a 5-Star rating.
The William Hill site has an old school design which can hinder users when visiting the full internet site. They have improved the site over the last 12 months to make it much easier on the eye but they still have some way to go to. They seem happy to stick the formats and lay-outs which have worked successfully for many years. We find it quite hard to navigate to the markets we want quickly, although the more you use the site the easier it gets. The mobile site is better than the main site in our opinion as it removes a lot of the clutter and lets you get to the market you want quicker.Overall it gets the job done , but it could be easier.
With mobile applications been a relatively new development William Hill have been able to ditch the clunky design of the website and create a fresh easy to use mobile application. It’s leaps and bound a head of their full website in our opinion and is one of the better mobile applications out currently. They know that people like to use their mobiles to bet on sports, especially down the pub, or have a game of blackjack on the sofa. It’s a clean , easy to use bit off software and we really like it.
William Hill offer great odds, they aren’t the best overall but they are very competitive, they don’t quite compare with betting exchanges but you get the increased usability and options a bookmaker offers. William Hill were one of the first bookmakers to offer accumulator cash out which is great for us, and it’s always nice to be able to cash out and collect 60 – 90% of the profit as one goal can destroy your accumulator, the cash out odds are decent which is always nice.
William Hill have a good number of coupons, you have a selection of the most popular coupons at your fingertips. They have the normal coupons which is nice, and also have odds-on ( favourites) , Win and BTTS, Double chance and a number of other ones for your selection. They really are on the ball when it comes to coupons and it’s nice to be able to bet easily.
